We use MyZone Heart Rate Monitoring to make sure every single training session is customised. It means that no matter what your current strength or fitness level you can participate in this program and see results.

Shopping List 

We will show you how to map out your exact  meal plan (including cooking videos) so you know what to eat, how much to buy at the in the shops, and leave nothing to guesswork. The average person spends €35-40/week on food during the challenge at Aldi, Lidl etc. Our process will cut down on your time in the shops, with most people getting in and out in under 15min.

Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact to your personal accountability coach whenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. We will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to congratulate you on your success and keep you on track.

Our earliest training session is 6am each day and final one is 7.30pm. There's Saturday sessions too :)
